Collaborating closely with external accounting and tax vendors, you will optimize their contributions to achieve financial and operational transparency. The ideal candidate for this position will possess 5 to 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or back-office management, preferably in multinational companies or organizations with operations in multiple countries like India, Japan, and Singapore. Strong knowledge of Indian tax and accounting regulations, experience working with external financial service providers, and the ability to navigate cross-cultural communication are essential for success in this role. You should demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to set priorities, and drive structured execution. Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset will be crucial in improving internal workflows and operational efficiency. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Japanese is advantageous but not mandatory.
