You will be joining Games2win, a prominent global mobile games publisher with a remarkable track record of over 500 million downloads and a player base exceeding 10 million monthly active users. The organization prides itself on creating its Intellectual Property (IP) and leveraging the loyalty of its consumers to promote games, resulting in a significant portion of downloads being organic without the need for advertising or paid installations. Some of the well-received titles developed by Games2win include Driving Academy, Decisions, and International Fashion Stylist. As the 2D Artist Lead for Fashion Games at Games2win's Mumbai office, you will report directly to the Product Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of 10-12 talented 2D Artists dedicated to Fashion Games, designing 2D characters and background scenes, as well as creating clothing, props, and other art assets. You will be expected to adhere to established production pipelines, ensuring the efficient creation and seamless integration of production art into game products. Additionally, you will be responsible for exporting and assembling images from art files in accordance with specified technical parameters and protocols. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the gaming or animation industry. Strong leadership skills, particularly in managing a team, are essential. You should have a solid foundation in character illustration, a keen eye for graphic design, and a knack for adapting to various art styles while maintaining a distinct creative voice. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts are crucial for success in this dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Fine Arts from a reputable art school such as Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Art (Mumbai), Rachana Sansad (Mumbai), Raheja College of Fine Arts (Mumbai), SNDT College (Mumbai), Bharati Vidyapeeths College of Fine Arts (Pune), Goa College of Art (Goa), or College of Fine Art (Chennai).
