Experience: 8+ years of experience in C++ development. Proven track record of leading successful software projects, from concept to deployment. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in C++ (11/14/17) with solid understanding of object-oriented programming. Experience with multi-threading, memory management, and performance optimization in C++. Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and design patterns. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Leadership: Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead a team of developers. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
