You will be responsible for executing trades for clients on Equity, Derivatives & Currency Markets while ensuring accurate and seamless trade execution. Your main objective will be to build a strong team, acquire new customers, and provide excellent service using our research ideas and technology. As a Sales Dealer in the Dealing - Institution department, you will play a key role in activating and generating revenue from clients. You should be proficient in using front-end software like ODIN, Bloomberg, and Algos, as well as backend software for trade confirmation. Additionally, you will be required to provide regular updates on research inputs to our customers and monitor client positions. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree and preferably have certifications in NISM/NCFM. You should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the broking, AMC, or mutual fund industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for attracting new clients and driving revenue. Your expertise in executing trades across various markets with precision, using front-end trading software, and familiarity with backend systems like STP for trade confirmation will be crucial. Monitoring client positions and delivering timely updates on research inputs and market trends are also part of your responsibilities.
