Title : NMRP Support Executive Experience : 2+ years in Customer Support, preferably Key Responsibilities: Support & Communication: Manage the NMRP mailbox, respond to learner queries promptly, and follow up to ensure program completion. Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate Excel-based trackers and dashboards. Content Coordination: Draft concise, engaging content for learner emails, reminders, and program teasers. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (legal, marketing, design) to support seamless program execution.
