About The role and Fit and Fury
Fit and Fury is a fast-growing retail chain with two branches in Kochi and three in Hyderabad, offering premium supplements like whey protein, mass gainers, pre-workouts, omega-3s, and multivitamins to fitness enthusiasts.

We’re currently setting up a new office in Kochi with a small but focused team of three — including you. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow with the brand from the ground up, with scope to take on more responsibility as we expand.

We're looking for young and dynamic individuals who can assist with backend operations such as inventory management, billing, and reporting. Training will be provided to kickstart the role, fitness enthusiasts are especially encouraged to apply!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurately enter invoices and purchase bills into the system
• Monitor stock levels across all branches and prepare timely inventory and performance reports
• Oversee marketing campaigns and customer loyalty programs to ensure smooth execution
• Track online sales and monitor activities on our e-commerce website
• Assist the social media team in outreach efforts and campaign coordination
• Prepare GST-compliant reports as and when required

Who We’re Looking For

• A candidate who owns a reliable personal laptop for work
• Ideally aged between 21–28 years
• Someone who is comfortable working in a small, hands-on team environment
• Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations
• Candidates with an accounting or finance background will be given preference

We're looking for someone reliable, organized, and proactive, someone who enjoys taking ownership and working in a startup-like environment. This role is also well-suited for individuals pursuing part-time or distance education, provided they can commit to the work hours and responsibilities
