Backend Intern (AI Tools + Node.js)

The role of Backend Intern is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology and interested in working on cutting-edge projects involving AI tools and Node.js. This role is based onsite in Ahmedabad and you will be an integral part of a collaborative team dedicated to building scalable and intelligent backend solutions. As a Backend Intern, your responsibilities will include assisting in the design and development of backend APIs using Node.js, integrating third-party AI tools and APIs such as OpenAI and LangChain, and supporting the team in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient backend code. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the backend to ensure strong optimization and functionality, as well as working with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Collaboration with frontend developers and product designers will be a key part of your role. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong foundation in JavaScript and Node.js, a basic understanding of AI/ML tools and APIs, familiarity with RESTful API design, and knowledge of version control using Git. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for success in this role. Experience with tools like LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API, exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and understanding of database design and optimization are considered good to have skills. We are looking for a final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field who is curious, self-driven, and eager to learn emerging technologies.
