* Assist with day-to-day backend operations related to general insurance products
* Maintain policy data, customer information, and claim records in digital systems
* Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals, and documentation
* Respond to queries related to general insurance products and assist in problem resolution
* Ensure smooth workflow and compliance with internal guidelines

Candidate Profile:
* *Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience* in backend operations (preferably in *General Insurance*)
* Good understanding of *insurance products and processes*
* *Excellent computer skills* (MS Excel, Policy Management Software, etc.)
* *Very good communication skills* – both verbal and written
* Must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Location Preference:
* *Not Preferred:* Candidates residing in *Noida, Ghaziabad, South Delhi, Sonipat, Panipat, Bahadurgarh*
* *Preferred:* Candidates living *near Metro connectivity* for easy commute
