About Us

We are building innovative AI-based web products and looking for a Backend Developer to join our core team. You will design APIs, manage databases, and integrate AI services while collaborating closely with our frontend, QA, and product teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
Design and manage MongoDB schemas and queries.
Build and document RESTful APIs for frontend integration.
Integrate third-party AI/ML APIs and services.
Handle basic DevOps tasks (Docker setup, deployments, MongoDB Atlas, cloud
hosting).
Ensure performance, security, and scalability of the backend.
Collaborate with frontend and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.

Requirements

12 years of professional backend development experience.
Strong knowledge of Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
Hands-on experience with MongoDB (data modeling, queries, indexing).
Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
Willingness to learn basic DevOps (Docker, deployment on AWS/GCP/Heroku).

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth).
Experience integrating third-party APIs (payment, AI services, etc.).
Exposure to cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Interest in working on AI-driven web applications.
