Backend Developer (PHP Laravel)

As a Backend Developer (PHP Laravel) at Prettify Creative Innovation Pvt. Ltd., located in Sector 50, Gurgaon, Haryana, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend solutions using PHP Laravel. You will play a crucial role in designing database structures, writing optimized queries, and ensuring data security. Collaborating with front-end developers, designers, and project managers, you will contribute to delivering high-quality products. Your role will involve troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality. Writing clean, well-documented, and reusable code following industry best practices is essential, along with participating in code reviews and assisting junior developers with coding standards. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in PHP, with strong hands-on experience in the Laravel framework. Experience with MySQL, database design, and RESTful APIs is required, along with knowledge of version control tools like Git. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail is crucial, as well as the ability to manage projects independently and handle client communications if required. Bonus skills that would be preferred but not mandatory include experience with Laravel Nova, Livewire, or Vue.js, as well as knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
