About the Role

PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using
PHP
and
Laravel
framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product, QA) to define and implement new features.
Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
Integrate data storage solutions, including databases, APIs, and third-party services.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years
of hands-on experience in
PHP development
.
Strong proficiency with
Laravel framework
(v8 or above preferred).
Solid understanding of
MySQL
or other relational databases.
Experience with
RESTful APIs
,
Git
, and
Composer
.
Good understanding of
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
, and
Bootstrap
.
Familiarity with
Shopify app integrations
or
Shopify backend customizations
will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of
AWS
