As a Backend Developer (.NET) at our company in Ireland, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end web applications using .NET Core/.Net 5+ and C#. Your role will involve working closely with Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Storage, and DevOps. You will play a key part in building secure and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices to enhance front-end experiences. Collaboration with Product Owners, Designers, and QA Engineers is essential to translate user needs into functional software. Additionally, you will contribute to technical architecture, reusable component design, and adhere to clean coding practices. Implementing CI/CD pipelines, writing automated tests, and ensuring deployment efficiency through Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions will be part of your core responsibilities. It is crucial to stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to help elevate our engineering standards.
