Backend Developer / FSD, AVP

As a Backend Developer / FSD, AVP at Deutsche Bank, your role primarily involves possessing strong technical skills in backend and FSD development. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with UI developers and UX designers to deliver high quality, scalable, and innovative solutions. - Design and development, coordinating with the Product Owner for BAU tasks. - Active participation in sprint activities and ceremonies such as daily stand-up, Sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinements. Qualifications Required: - At least 11+ years of experience in backend technologies with hands-on experience in Java (Advanced), Python (Advanced), Spring Boot (Advanced), Spring Framework, and GraphQL (Intermediate). - Expertise in microservices and cloud technologies like Microservices Architecture, RESTful API Design (Advanced), GraphQL API, and Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) (Intermediate). - Proficiency in development and testing practices, databases and architecture, performance optimization, and soft skills such as communication and problem-solving. - Experience with Agile/SCRUM environments and ability to convert wireframes into functional UI components.
