Key Responsibilities: Equipment Specification & Procurement Support: Define detailed technical specifications for all new SMT and backend equipment (e.g., printers, mounters, reflow ovens, AOI, SPI, ICT, FCT, wave soldering, conveyors, etc.). Support sourcing and procurement teams in evaluating equipment vendors and technical bids. Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
