Your role will involve working primarily with Firewall technologies such as Palo Alto and Panorama, including tasks like configuring NAT/PAT, creating access rules, and monitoring and troubleshooting network issues. A strong background in Palo Alto, CCNA/CCNP certification, and 6-8 years of experience in managing large enterprise networks are preferred for this position. In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to demonstrate advanced knowledge in routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, Static, PBR) and possess the ability to analyze logs and traffic patterns effectively. Your responsibilities will also include supporting clients in network planning, designing, and engineering, as well as participating in change management, problem management, and capacity management processes. Furthermore, you should be adept at preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for priority incidents, have experience with network switching technologies (Cisco 3850, 6500, 6800, Nexus 7K and 5K), and possess knowledge of monitoring tools such as CA, NetScout, and Backbox. Collaboration with client teams for network designing activities and leading client escalations will be part of your role. Your adherence to internal policies and hardening processes, along with your expertise in NMS tools like Spectrum, will support clients in audits and compliance requirements. Familiarity with ITIL processes, good communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members will also be valuable assets in this role.
