Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Support Assistant (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Emailing) and comfortable handling client communication, data entry, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update client data in company software/Excel
  • Draft & respond to emails professionally
  • Handle incoming calls and client queries
  • Filter and forward qualified leads to the sales team
  • Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and documentation
  • Support day-to-day office administration

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Emailing)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Freshers with good computer skills may also apply
