Job Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound & outbound calls to promote internet services and team management as TL
✅ Manage data entry, customer records, and follow-up tasks
✅ Assist with back-office operations & support the sales team
✅ Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth service experience.
