Job Description

Experience on the specified fields is appreciable – Chiller Industry, Heat pumps (or) Air-conditioning
Prepare technical and commercial quotations, cost estimates, and product configurations
Evaluate customer requirements and assist
Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
Maintain and update price lists, product catalogues, and customer records.
Track order progress, delivery schedules, and ensure accurate internal communication.
Provide after-sales support by resolving minor technical questions or forwarding issues to the appropriate teams.
Follow up on quotations and ongoing projects to support sales closure.
Maintain strong professional relationships with customers through consistent communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
