Back Office Sales

As a Purchase Order Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing purchase orders to acquire goods or services from vendors. Additionally, you will handle and track work orders assigned to vendors for various tasks or services. Your role will also involve responding to customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met, and providing accurate information. Furthermore, you will organize and allocate customer service calls to the appropriate service engineers for execution. In this position, you will issue invoices for services rendered or goods supplied, ensuring the accuracy of billing details. You will also maintain proper records of all relevant documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communication. As part of your responsibilities, you will finalize services or transactions, confirm completion, and maintain communication with customers regarding any final details or follow-ups.
