Vacancy:- Back Office Operation Salary:- 12000/- per month Scope of Work
1. Co-ordinate with fleet incharge for our own vehicle placed in market on hire basis on day to day basis..
2. Co-ordinate with the driver/loading supervisor and collect loading detail of vehicles on day to day basis..
3. Cover note/CN preparation and complete system entry on day to day basis.
4. Collect advance from the party against hire charges and update in system on day to day basis.
5. Collect POD, Making of bill & submit to the party for Balance payment.
6. Submit MIS on weekly/Monthly to the management for complete work.
7. Any other job responsibly assign by the HOD.
