Job Description

Roles And Responsibility

  • Regular follow-up and coordination for physical hard copy submissions, vendor coordination, and maintenance of payment advice.
  • Submission of physical hard copies of housekeeping invoices and coordination with vendors.
  • submission and collection of physical hard copies for fuel supply, and coordination with vendors.
  • Scrap payments updating payment details in the spreadsheet and ensuring proper tracking.
  • Food bills and payments submission of physical hard copies and coordination with vendors.
  • Drinking water and water supply invoices submission of physical hard copies and coordination with vendors.
  • Ensuring timely processing of payments and maintaining a comprehensive MIS tracker for all of the above activities.
  • Assisting in administrative tasks such as preparation and issuance of termination and extension letters as required.
  • Maintaining fortnightly checklist data.
  • PR-PO tracker updating and PO status update

3 -6 Months Internship

Stipend in the range of INR upto 15,000
