In this role, you will manage online computer bookings for courier and cargo shipments and assist customers over the phone with product-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Shipment & Booking Management:
* Process online courier and cargo bookings accurately using our computer systems/portal.
* Generate shipping labels, tracking numbers, and necessary dispatch documentation.
* Verify package details, weight, dimensions, and destination information prior to confirming orders.
* Customer Support & Inquiry Resolution:
* Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally.
* Provide accurate information regarding courier products, freight services, delivery timelines, and pricing.
* Resolve customer queries, shipment delays, and tracking issues efficiently.
* Administrative & Coordination Support:
* Coordinate with field logistics, dispatch, and hub teams to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
* Maintain up-to-date records of daily bookings, customer feedback, and query resolutions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
