Back Office Executive/ Support- MALE

As an End-to-End PO Execution specialist, you will be responsible for handling the complete lifecycle of Purchase Orders. This includes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery from creation to closure. You will need to work under tight deadlines to meet internal and external SLAs, proactively flag delays, and resolve bottlenecks. Regular interaction with customers, product managers, and vendors will be essential for order updates, requirement alignment, follow-ups, documentation, and dispatch tracking. Your role will also involve maintaining records of PO status, vendor communications, and delivery schedules. Additionally, you will prepare periodic reports and dashboards to track progress. Proficiency in Excel for data tracking, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic analytics will be crucial to support decision-making. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Purchase Order backend support. You should be a graduate in any field or hold a B.Tech, MBA, or Diploma. Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal), proficiency in MS Excel, and basic ERP tools are necessary. The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
