Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Preparing reports, invoices, presentations, and managing physical/digital files.
  • Coordination: Liaising with different departments (sales, front office, management) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administrative Support: Handling general office tasks like scheduling, managing supplies, answering calls, and emails.
  • Process & Compliance: Implementing company policies, ensuring data confidentiality, and following procedures.
  • Support Functions: Assisting with project processing, market research, and monitoring timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,277.93 - ₹30,281.87 per month
