Role Overview

As a Back Office Executive at Happie Dealz, you will play a key role in supporting our operations through telecalling, digital marketing, administration, and public relations. This position requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who can multitask, communicate effectively, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Telecalling
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Explain services, answer client queries, and maintain follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Digital Marketing
• Assist in managing social media platforms and online campaigns.
• Support content creation, lead generation, and engagement activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports.
• Administration
• Maintain records, files, and reports accurately.
• Coordinate with different departments for operational efficiency.
• Handle daily office activities and support management tasks.
• Public Relations (PR)
• Assist in building a positive brand image through communication.
• Support outreach activities, events, and networking initiatives.
• Draft and share updates with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and MS Office tools.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
