Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our operations, who will manage records in Excel and Tally, handle billing and invoicing, and maintain sales and customer documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records and reports using Excel and Tally.
  • Process billing and invoices accurately.
  • Manage customer documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Manage documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a back office.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Tally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field.
