Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and computer skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates looking to begin their career in operations or administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately in internal systems.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and backend operations.
  • Respond to internal emails and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Perform quality checks on data entries and report any errors.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.A., B.Sc., etc.).
  • Experience: Fresher (0–1 year of experience).
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 30–35 WPM preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
