Designation: Back Office Executive (Data Entry Process)

Qualification: B.Com / BAF / BBI Graduates only. Candidates must have prior experience in CA firms, accounting firms, or CA Inter appeared. Pursuing candidates not allowed.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting/finance experience. Freshers not eligible.

Shifts: Rotational Shifts: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

6 Days Working with 1 Rotational Weekly Off.

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary Details : Full-Time

CTC: ₹16,697 per month

| In-hand: ₹14,102 per month |

AITM Stipend: ₹15,200

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform accurate data entry for loan-related documents and financial information. Verify and validate all customer and property-related documents. Maintain and update internal databases with precision and timeliness. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies. Ensure strict adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines. Handle confidential customer and financial data securely. Work efficiently within tight deadlines and SLA-driven processes. Proficiently use MS Excel, MS Word, and other data management tools.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic knowledge of accounting and finance documentation. Good computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Data Entry). Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet deadlines. High integrity and responsibility in handling confidential information.
