Back Office Data Entry Analyst Support

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Accurately enter production, inventory, and logistics data into internal databases and SAP systems Maintain and update customer portals, vendor records, and supply chain data Analyze data trends related to production efficiency, material usage, and downtime reporting Reconcile data discrepancies and report anomalies to relevant departments Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and procurement teams for data verification Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information Support administrative duties such as document filing, email handling, and internal reporting Assist with audits and compliance reporting when required Skills, Competencies and Trades: Experience with production planning or inventory control systems Understanding of basic manufacturing or plastics processing terminology Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong cross-cultural communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and interpretive skills Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time, and prioritize tasks Reacts positively to change; demonstrates flexibility and adaptability Strong team player Strong belief in accountability Computer literate in MS Office products & SAP Preferred candidate profile 1. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred 2. Proven experience in data entry, back office, or administrative roles (manufacturing or plastics industry preferred) 3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, CRM etc.) 4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies 5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Fluent in both written and verbal English communication skills are a must 8. Proficient and computer literate in MS Office products & SAP
