Job Summary FRESHER - Entry level Back Office Executive for a growing company. No experience required. Should be English speaking and should have basic computer knowledge. Job location is at Byculla (7 minutes walking from Byculla and Mahalaxmi station) Responsibilities and Duties Scope of work: To communicate over telephone / whatsapp/ sms / emails/ website. To make quotations / bills on software as required. To update excel sheets and maintain records. To check stock and update on availability accordingly. To dispatch the material as per orders . To follow up for payments. To make calls as per database and send out catalogues and price lists. Any other matter as informed by the Seniors. On job training provided. Key Skills English language, Basic computer skills, Communication skills Required Experience and Qualifications Fresher with computer knowledge English speaking and writing skills Graduate in any field. Fast learner.
