Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Executive Location: Rajkot Company: Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd. Job Summary: Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive for our Rajkot office. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and will play a key role in managing data, reporting, and supporting internal operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage large data sets with accuracy and speed. Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries as per business requirements. Automate reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, advanced formulas, data validation, macros ). Ensure proper documentation and file management for records and reports. Coordinate with internal teams to provide data support and resolve queries. Assist in process improvement initiatives to increase back-office efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or related field preferred). Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros, and data analysis tools). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Prior experience in a similar back-office role will be an advantage.
