Document Management: Maintaining and organizing files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information. Communication Coordination: Facilitating communication between different departments, managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and preparing reports. Vendor Relations: Coordinating with vendors for supplies, services, and other needs of the office. Office Maintenance: Ensuring the office is well-stocked, organized, and presentable. Support for Other Departments: Providing assistance to various teams within the company, as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,573.14 - ₹26,611.97 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
