Description
As a Back-end Developer at our company based in Surat, Gujarat, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the back-end of websites and applications. Whether you are a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience, there are no limitations on exploring your potential with us. Your primary duty will involve working on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to website development, product catalog and management, image editing, and product packaging. Your role will be crucial in interpreting our client's needs and designing solutions with a high visual impact. Key Responsibilities: - Design visual elements for marketing materials, websites, and other media, such as infographics. - Develop and design email templates for websites. - Collaborate with other professionals to incorporate various elements into website designs. - Gather requirements and understand client needs through design briefs. - Utilize graphic design software and work with a diverse range of media. - Generate innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts. - Create rough drafts and communicate your ideas effectively. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in professional commercial design, ideally within a marketing or creative agency. - Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Blender, and InDesign. - Demonstrated graphic designing experience with a solid portfolio. - Possession of creative flair, versatility, and originality. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Excellent time management, cost efficiency, and meeting deadlines. - Technical background in IT industry is preferred. - Educational qualification of at least a Graduate degree. Soft Skills: - Self-motivated and result-oriented individual with integrity, maturity, and innovative thinking. - Ability to inspire and motivate others. - Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Angular, and Java.
