Back-end Developer

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have prior experience in healthcare or NHS-related projects. Your knowledge should extend to MIG connectors and EMR integration strategies. It is essential that you are familiar with FHIR mapping tools or libraries and have exposure to Material UI and frontend-backend integration patterns. Your experience with Rally or similar Agile project management tools will be beneficial for this position. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding data staleness indicators and progressive loading strategies - Proficiency in FastAPI or similar Python-based web frameworks - Designing and building RESTful APIs with healthcare data standards - Having a strong understanding of FHIR R4 UK and SNOMED CT data models - Implementing asynchronous data aggregation and caching strategies - Working with AWS services, including Secrets Manager - Implementing purpose-based access control, including role mapping and data suppression - Working in a containerized development environment (e.g., Docker) - Experience with mono-repo architecture and CI/CD pipelines - Understanding pluggable authentication mechanisms (e.g., CIS2, Optum Healthcare One) - Collaborating effectively with frontend, data, and integration teams If you have any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them so that I can incorporate them into the job description.
