Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have prior experience in healthcare or NHS-related projects. Your knowledge should include MIG connectors and EMR integration strategies, as well as familiarity with FHIR mapping tools or libraries. Exposure to Material UI and understanding of frontend-backend integration patterns will be beneficial for this position. Your key responsibilities will include: - Experience with Rally or similar Agile project management tools. - Proficiency in FastAPI or similar Python-based web frameworks. - Designing and building RESTful APIs with healthcare data standards. - Understanding data staleness indicators and progressive loading strategies. - Strong understanding of FHIR R4 UK and SNOMED CT data models. - Familiarity with asynchronous data aggregation and caching strategies. - Working with AWS services, including Secrets Manager. - Implementing purpose-based access control, including role mapping and data suppression. - Working in a containerized development environment (e.g., Docker). - Experience with mono-repo architecture and CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding pluggable authentication mechanisms (e.g., CIS2, Optum Healthcare One). - Collaboration with frontend, data, and integration teams.
