Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to IVF and surrogacy inquiries. Maintain detailed records and timely follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Provide accurate information regarding treatments, processes, and documentation. Coordinate with medical teams to ensure smooth patient experience. Manage international patient communications with professionalism and empathy. Support marketing and lead conversion efforts through consistent follow-up. Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus. Prior experience in medical office, IVF centre, or healthcare customer service preferred. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
