As a Sales Manager (Zonal) at our company, your role will involve achieving targets on a monthly and quarterly basis for Branch and Franchisee. You will be responsible for franchisee acquisition, selection, development, and maintenance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business potential and executing strategies to drive sales, aiming to optimize revenue. - Identifying and developing new market segments for Branch and Franchisee. - Maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals for business development. - Enhancing team productivity through tracking sales performance, coaching, and motivating team members. - Conducting training sessions and meetings to enhance selling skills of the team. - Ensuring client satisfaction by providing best-in-class services and utilizing marketing campaigns effectively. - Travelling across the network to understand processes, address key issues, and take timely measures. - Working in the market for at least 4 days a week to lead by example. - Keeping the Head Office updated on all developments as required. - Carrying out any other job-related activities deemed necessary by the Company. Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduate / Diploma - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Convincing ability to sell products Please note that the desired candidate profile should have: - Experience in handling sales, marketing, or business development teams. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a National Sales Manager. - Ability to handle sales pressure and meet targets. - Willingness to relocate anywhere in India with family.,
