Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our IVF and fertility network by building strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners. The role involves identifying referral opportunities, developing partnerships, and driving patient leads for our IVF programs. Key Responsibilities: Visit gynecologists, obstetricians, and other referring doctors regularly to promote IVF and fertility services. Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to ensure a continuous patient referral flow. Conduct presentations, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education programs) , and awareness meetings for doctors and healthcare professionals. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for patient acquisition. Track and analyse referral performance and patient conversion data. Coordinate between the referring doctors and the IVF center to ensure smooth communication and excellent patient service. Achieve monthly and quarterly referral and patient acquisition targets. Ensure consistent brand visibility through marketing and promotional activities in the assigned territory. Maintain accurate reports of visits, leads, and outcomes in CRM or reporting systems. Key Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of IVF, fertility, and womens healthcare services. Proven experience in doctor referral marketing / medical representative / healthcare sales. Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset. Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Marketing (MBA preferred). Minimum 2–6 years of experience in healthcare / IVF / hospital marketing or doctor referral management. Past experience in ivf sector will be an added advantage.
