Requirements * Education: Any Bachelor's degree. Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. * Experience: Proven experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting. * Skills: Good communication, patience, and a genuine love for working with children are a must. * Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 10kg and stand for extended periods. Roles and Responsibilities Child Care and Supervision * Assist with and oversee daily routines, including nap time, meal times, and playtime. * Feed, change, and care for infants and toddlers according to their individual schedules and needs. * Ensure the children's personal hygiene is maintained throughout the day. * Comfort and soothe children who are upset or distressed. Health and Safety * Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment. This includes regularly sanitizing toys, surfaces, and common areas. * Monitor children for signs of illness or injury and report any concerns to the head teacher or supervisor immediately. * Follow all health and safety protocols, including emergency procedures and first aid administration when necessary. * Adhere to strict food handling and allergy management policies. * Assist in setting up and cleaning up activity stations and play areas.
