Incorporate cultural elements to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Hispanic traditions and customs. 2. Student Engagement: Foster an interactive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and interest in language learning. Use creative teaching methods, such as role-plays, games, and multimedia resources, to enhance language acquisition. 3. Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Assess and monitor students progress through quizzes, assignments, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback and individualized support to help students achieve their language learning goals. 4. Collaboration and Planning: Work collaboratively with colleagues to align lessons with interdisciplinary projects and school events. Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of the Spanish curriculum as required. 5. Spanish Club for PYP Students: Design and lead a vibrant and engaging Spanish club for PYP students to spark early interest in the language. Position: Manager / Senior Manager Marketing Location: Mira Bhayandar (with group-level responsibilities across all schools) Role Overview The Manager/Senior Manager Marketing will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy, branding, lead generation, and admissions support for the school at Mira Bhayandar, along with managing select group-level marketing initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with admissions teams, external vendors, digital marketing agencies, and group stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support admissions growth. Key Responsibilities: A. School-Specific (Mira-Bhayandar) 1. Admissions Support Assist admissions officers with marketing collaterals such as admission forms, brochures, and enquiry kits. Track and report enquiry-to-admission conversion data. Generate leads through both online and offline channels. 2. Internal Branding Highlight school achievements, USPs, and offerings through on-campus branding. Oversee signage, standees, wall branding, sun-boards, and other internal communication mediums. 3. Outdoor Marketing Liaise with vendors for hoardings, bus shelters, society lift branding, and other OOH media. 4. Marketing Events Plan and execute footfall-driven events such as Kanakia Championship, Mira Road Carnival, Kinder Olympics, and Christmas Carnival. Drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads through these activations. 5. School Events (Support Role) Provide branding, photography, and promotional support for small to mid-scale school-led events. 6. Society Activations Coordinate with agencies to identify and finalize societies for activations in the Mira-Bhayandar region. Ensure pre-promotion on WhatsApp groups, branding placement, and maximum parent participation. Oversee execution on-ground to ensure lead generation. 7. Photoshoots Organize professional photoshoots to create a rich content repository for marketing and admissions usage. B. Group-Specific (Across All Schools) 1. Digital Marketing Plan and manage Meta & Google campaigns in collaboration with the digital agency. Track ROI, leads, and campaign effectiveness across schools. 2. Digital Channel Partners Manage relationships with school discovery platforms (e.g., Edustoke, Yellowslate) to drive lead generation and brand presence. 3. Website Management Coordinate with website vendors for updates, improvements, and content management across all group schools. 4. Admission Reporting Consolidate and circulate daily admission summary reports to management. 5. Budgeting & Invoicing Develop and finalize annual marketing budgets in consultation with management. Process vendor work orders, contracts, and invoices to ensure compliance and cost control. 6. Alumni Engagement (Univariety Platform) Drive onboarding and engagement of alumni for KIS (IB), Chembur and KIS (IGCSE), Bhayandar, in partnership with Univariety. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of school marketing, admissions funnels, and parent engagement. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Analytics). Event planning, vendor management, and budgeting expertise. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while aligning with group-level objectives. Qualification and Experience MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 610 years of marketing experience, preferably in education, retail, or services sector. Proven experience in digital marketing, events, and brand management. Exposure to both B2C marketing and institutional branding preferred.
