Familiarity with Baan/ERPLN for manufacturing and Quality Management systems is crucial for this position. Knowledge of industrial safety guidelines and the ability to manage HSE protocols such as TBT and Safety records at the site are essential. You should also be capable of leading a team of 150 workers during shifts, ensuring on-time delivery with a focus on first-grade safety and quality standards. Having awareness of ISO, WMS, TPM, and being open to adopting advanced manufacturing techniques and digitalization in manufacturing processes are important aspects of this role.
