Support UAT, requirement traceability, and change impact analysis.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuously improve business processes through insights and analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work in a structured, office-based environment.
Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Exposure to process improvement and documentation standards.
