Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and functional specifications

• Translate business requirements into clear inputs for technical and delivery teams.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Support UAT, requirement traceability, and change impact analysis.

• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Continuously improve business processes through insights and analysis.

Required Skills Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of experience

• analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• data analysis

• communication and stakeholder management skills

• MS Excel, PowerPoint

• Ability to work in a structured, office-based environment.

Preferred Skills

• SQL, BI tools, or data visualization platforms

• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

• Exposure to process improvement and documentation standards.
