As a Business Analyst-CASA in Mumbai, you will be responsible for leveraging your 3+ years of experience in Business Analyst casa operations, specifically within a bank's Middle or Back-Office operations for CASA processes. You will play a key role in the full CASA operations process, including account opening, maintenance, and transaction processing. Your expertise in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and UAT plan/Execution will be essential for success in this role. In this position, you will be involved in managing CASA account processes, such as account opening documentation, data management, compliance checks, and maintenance. Your responsibilities will also include requirement validation with use cases in the prototyping phase, establishing new work procedures, planning user tasks, and promoting user acceptance. Additionally, you will provide training to local and overseas users, support User Acceptance Testing, and liaise with End Users, Vendors, and Head Office in migration and project tasks. You will be expected to assist in the preparation of System and Operation manuals, conduct Client Impact Analysis, and support Customer Notification. As a Subject Expert in CASA-related IT Projects, you will facilitate system function and workflow design, monitor task progress, conduct issue & risk management, and provide insights and feedback to project planning. Regular reporting on regional progress, challenges, and success to BA leads will also be part of your responsibilities. Your flexibility with shifts and skills in BA CASA, BUSINESS ANALYST, CURRENT ACCOUNT, and SAVINGS ACCOUNT will be crucial for excelling in this role. This full-time, permanent position within the ITES/BPO/KPO industry requires a B.Com education qualification.
