Hi all, We are hiring for the role AEM BA/QA Experience: 4 - 8 Years Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days Skills: Mandatory Skills: Must have 6+ years of experience in BA activities, Functional Testing, Experience in Content Management Systems Roles & Responsibilities: Looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Business Analyst & Functional Testing who can support business on CRs, POC’s and incidents. Must have 6+ years of experience in BA activities, Functional Testing, Experience in Content Management Systems . At least 4+ yrs. relevant experience working as BA in Web Based Applications (especially marketing /eCommerce applications like B2B or B2C) 2. Exposure of working in project that involve Content Management System tools like AEM, WordPress and Product Information management tools like Spider, STIBO 3. Functional Testing experience (manual), and related documentation and reporting 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills 5. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. 6. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations 7. Providing user training to business users and business process training to junior staff, and technical team. 8. Ability to work with various teams in a complex environment and under pressure 9. Ability to be flexible in approach and to manage changing priorities 10. Experience working in an SCRUM / Agile environment. 11.
