As a Credit Risk Technology Business Analyst at Barclays, you will play a crucial role in leading transformational change initiatives and managing projects that drive strategic improvements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the successful implementation of change across the organization to ensure unparalleled customer experiences and revolutionize the digital landscape. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a related Financial Services discipline, possess risk domain knowledge including PD, LGD, Credit Risk & IFRS9, and have experience working on Regulatory projects such as Basel and IFRS9. Additionally, skills in delivering projects using Agile methodology, working with SQL Queries and Data Models, conducting Impact/Data analysis, and delivering comprehensive reports and presentations for decision-making will be highly valued. Your main purpose will be to support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and proposing solutions to address business problems and opportunities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs, support the creation of business cases, and conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions. Furthermore, you will be involved in creating operational and process designs, supporting change management activities, and ensuring successful implementation and embedding of proposed solutions within the organization. As an Assistant Vice President, you will be expected to consult on complex issues, provide advice to People Leaders, mitigate risks, develop new policies/procedures, and collaborate with other areas to support the achievement of organizational objectives. You will engage in complex data analysis, communicate complex information effectively, and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
