Proven experience in sample collection, preferably in a clinical research or pharmaceutical setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to sample collection is desirable.
