Managing overall consultation and treatment process and converting the clients for the business. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quota and objectives within the assigned territory. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and key accounts. Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing sales, including system delivery and installation. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market opportunities. CRM Utilization: Effectively use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to organize prospect lists, customer contacts, sales pipeline, and sales forecasting. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Practice Development Manager to ensure seamless implementation of products and services. Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to clients to ensure they are satisfied with the products and services. Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as business plans, expense reports, sales forecasting, and updating account profiles. Preferred candidate profile Fluent in English, Positive Attitude, Self-driven, Self-Motivated, A Background of Skin, Hair, and Laser will be preferred, Must be having on In-house Sales & Business Development., Will be preparing the Reports & analyzing the sales reports of the center., Fair to do Sales and forte in Service is a must.
