B2C Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be a B2C Sales Executive at Brain Pulley Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (For Certometer) based in BHIVE Workspace, Whitefield, Bangalore. Your role will involve empowering learners through career-transforming IT training programs in Data Science, AI/ML, Cyber Security, Cloud, and more. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from nurturing leads to conducting demo calls and ensuring successful closures. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel and guide individual learners on career-focused IT programs. - Handle both inbound and outbound leads, conduct demo sessions, follow up with potential learners, and close deals. - Build trust with learners by aligning their goals with the most suitable solutions. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while prioritizing an excellent learner experience. - Provide valuable insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in EdTech or IT training sales is mandatory. - Possess strong communication and persuasive selling skills. - Previous experience in B2C consultative sales with a solution-oriented approach. - Solid understanding of the IT and Tech industry landscape. - Demonstrate a high ownership mindset with a hunger to grow within a startup environment. - Must be willing to work full-time from the office located in Whitefield, Bangalore.
