About the Role: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our mobile app products, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets market demands, aligns with our business goals, and delivers a superior user experience. Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our B2C mobile app. Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and market research. Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product launches. Monitor product performance, analyze data, and generate insights to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance the product. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to inform product strategy. Manage product backlog and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Develop and present product updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. Qualifications : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in product management, specifically with mobile apps in a B2C environment. Strong technology/development background with an understanding of mobile app development processes. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed product decisions. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Firebase. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in UI/UX design principles and practices. Knowledge of mobile app analytics and performance metrics. Familiarity with A/B testing and other product optimization techniques.
