The role involves end-to-end visa documentation and processing for Business & Tourist visas , coordination with embassies/consulates, and ensuring accuracy in submissions. Roles & Responsibilities Handle Business & Tourist Visa applications for corporate clients (in-plant) and B2B partners (travel agents, sub-agents). Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa facilitation centers for submissions, appointments, and follow-ups. Verify, compile, and submit visa documentation (forms, cover letters, financials, itineraries, etc.). Provide guidance on visa requirements, checklists, and process updates to corporate employees and B2B partners. Maintain proper records of visa applications, fees, and status updates. Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of all visa applications. Handle urgent and priority visa requests with efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in Visa Documentation / Processing (Corporate or B2B). Prior experience with Travel Agencies, Visa Consultancies, or Corporate Travel Desks preferred. Knowledge of visa procedures for destinations such as USA, UK, Schengen, Singapore, Middle East, etc. Strong coordination & communication skills.
