As a B2B Tele-Sales Executive specializing in Telugu calling, your primary role will involve outbound calling to B2B clients in Telugu-speaking regions. Your responsibilities will include engaging merchants, agents, and shop owners, qualifying leads, negotiating terms, and closing deals. It is essential to maintain accurate CRM records, track the sales pipeline, and meet monthly or quarterly sales targets. Collaboration with the Sales Head and cross-functional teams such as Operations, Support, and Product will be necessary to ensure smooth onboarding and merchant activation. Additionally, monitoring competitor trends and providing feedback to enhance the sales approach and messaging will be part of your duties.
